Many of our students, particularly those aiming toward graduate school, choose a dual degree with Physics or Math, since the course requirements may overlap. With a careful selection of courses and only a modest additional course load, a dual degree plan enables you to earn Bachelor of Science degrees in both Physics and in Astronomy and Astrophysics.
If you are considering a dual degree be sure to consult with your undergraduate advisor as well as with the Director of Undergraduate Studies in Astronomy and Astrophysics. Dual degree students need to plan their coursework carefully to meet all requirements.
