We recently heard from one of our recent alumni, Madison Smith (Ph.D. 2022), on her good news of landing a job with the Environmental Lab at the US Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC).
In her own words:
I just moved to the greater Boston area to start working with the Environmental Lab at the US Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC). It's a really interesting mix of consulting work and academic research, with all of my coworkers holding Ph.D.'s in various subjects. My first project is looking at the resiliency of current and future roadway plans in California with respect to wildfires.
Sounds like a fantastic place to work. Congratulations Madison and keep sending us updates. We always love to hear from our alumni.
