Bryce Cousins (B.S. 2019)
Congratulations to alumnus Bryce Cousins (B.S. 2019), who is receiving a 2022 National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship beginning this fall. Since his graduation, Bryce has been working at Penn State as an Assistant Researcher at the Institute for Gravitation and the Cosmos, as part of the LIGO collaboration. While a student at IU, Bryce worked with John Salzer on emission-line “green pea” galaxies to determine factors that trigger their high star formation rates. Bryce will begin graduate studies at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign in Fall 2022.
